Premier supplies 400 hospitality workers days before a Northeast Sporting Event.
A National Events Management Company lost their staffing provider days before a major Northeast Sporting Event. Premier was contacted and asked to provide 400 hospitality workers, demonstrators and event coordinators to staff the event. Immediately, Premier mobilized internal staff from 6 branch offices to plan an intensive weeklong recruitment blitz. Recruitment initiatives included open houses, college recruitment, and a referral bonus program. Transportation was coordinated to the event through Premier to ensure adequate staffing levels for each phase of the event. Due to the vast number of contingent staff at the event, Premier also provided an on-site manager to check in all workers and to address their concerns throughout the event. Event organizers also had 24 hour / 7 day a week contact with the internal staff of Premier. |
